I have travelled the world, experienced many different cultures, and I appreciate health and happiness in many different forms. Over the past 30 years, I have explored, taught, and coached individuals, leaders, and groups on how to find their flow with themselves and with others so that they can live with intention and purpose. My career has always focused on helping people grow, better communicate, and achieve their goals (my Why), but a few years ago I switched my How to go deeper and provide psychotherapy as a service to help those struggling with their mental health.

In our sessions together, you can expect me to draw upon my experiences to create a safe space padded with kindness, openness, and perhaps some occasional humour as we look at life together. I bring a trauma-informed, culturally conscious, respectful, and non-judgemental presence to our sessions together. In psychotherapy terms, I may start with a Humanistic approach - which means I like to look at the whole you and not just your thoughts and behaviours. I am happy to draw from different evidence-based therapeutic approaches (including Narrative, CBT, Existential, Mindfulness, and more) as needed to help you find your way to develop healthy coping habits so you can thrive in a challenging world.
